A town I represent put the incorrect address on Notice of Special
Meeting/Agenda (I have not been provided a copy of the agenda yet, but i'm
being asked about the matter by a council-member, which is how it was
brought to my attention about 5 minutes ago).
Since the meeting is tonight, am I correct in thinking that the meeting
will have to be scrapped and rescheduled? I don't think we can get around
it by declaring an emergency as it is simply approving a contract that was
accidentally left off the agenda for the regular meeting.

How far off is the address? Is it a situation where the information is conveyed anyway? For example, Town Hall, 123 Main Street – but the correct address is 132 Main Street and it’s a small town where Town Hall is clearly visible on Main Street?
I don’t think there is any way this can fly as an emergency.
