Auditions will be held Sunday, August 12th and Monday, August 13th at Tacoma Little Theatre. Audition appointments will be set between the times of 6:00pm-9:00pm on Sunday and 7:00pm-10:00pm on Monday. Callbacks will be held on Wednesday, August 15th. Gillian Holroyd is one of the few modern people who can actually cast spells and perform feats of supernaturalism. She casts a spell over an unattached publisher, Shepherd Henderson, partly to keep him away from a rival and partly because she is attracted to him. He falls head over heels in love with her at once and wants to marry her. But witches, unfortunately, cannot fall in love, and this minute imperfection leads into a number of difficulties before they find out if they can live happily ever after. Please prepare a contemporary comedic monologue not to exceed 2 minutes (please no self-written or stand-alone). Part of the audition may include a cold reading. Actors of all ethnicities are encouraged to audition.
