Brewing called
Bar Stories. Bar Stories is a 90 minute open mic storytelling format in
which ordinary people (not professional storytellers!) are encouraged to
share stories on the spot. *
*You don't have to have anything prepared and you don't even need any
experience in front of a mic -- all you need is the courage to tell
your story, just like you'd do if you were sitting at a bar. The idea is
that listening to each other's stories inspires us to respond with our own
similar (or wildly different) stories in turn. *
It's a fun evening of community and collaboration and great for getting to
know people better -- so spend a cheap night out in Tacoma and come join in
for the Bar Stories!
