At the most recent OAMA Board Meeting, we discussed creation of a list of attorneys that are available to take on municipal clients either for purposes of representation, for special projects, or on an interim basis. As you may know, representatives of OML, OMAG, and OMMS routinely receive requests for names of attorneys that have experience with municipal law. I suggested that the Board begin the process of assembling a list of attorneys that do this type of work. That list, along with relevant attorney and firm information, will be submitted to the above organizations for use when they receive inquiries. I will try to figure out how to get the information on the OAMA website for ease of reference and access. If you are interested in being placed on the list, please e-mail me the following information: * A Law Firm Profile, including your name and contact information * A Curriculum Vitae and/or Resume' * Cities or Towns that you represent * Types of matters that you typically handle * Number of years that you have been practicing Municipal Law * Whether you are accepting municipal clients * If you are available for special projects like interim placements, investigations, litigation, etc. For your reference (and or reproduction as appropriate), I have attached a copy of my curriculum vitae. I keep it very detailed due to my position on the IMLA Board of Directors. I thought that this might be helpful to those of you that do not currently have a c.v. or resume'. Please keep in mind that placement on the list is not in any way an endorsement by OAMA or any other municipal organization.
