Ongoing:
• Virtual Gator Fitness Challenge: Our ongoing workout tracking series
moves into week 7 today. To participate all that you have to do is log
your workouts through comments on the weekly post under "Announcements"...
This is open to all Gators, Jr. Gators, Gator Tots, and family members. To
date we have had 127 participants. If you are not yet participating, why
not start this week?
• USAT Virtual Run Bike Run (through May 17): Sprint and Olympic distances

• Quaranteam Strong Virtual Challenge (through June 30): This event is
offered by club sponsor Scoogie Events and includes completing the
following run distances over the timeframe of the event... 5K, 10K, 10

• SRT Union Meadows King and Queen of the Hill Virtual Race (through May
17): This event is offered by club sponsor Chester County Running Store.
It includes your opportunity to be crowned King or Queen of the Meadow Hill!
Monday 5/11
• 7:05pm-8:05pm: Gators Zwift Cycling Meetup #6, Watopia "Sand and
Sequoias" course: Just a reminder that you'll need to be invited to
participate AND you'll need to accept the invite; all on the "Going" list

• 9pm: Weekly Club Leadership "Touch Base" Call: Since the "stay at home"
order in mid-March, our club leaders and head coaching team have been
meeting for a weekly touch base call to discuss how we can best serve you
during this time.

• 1:00pm-1:45pm: Yoga in the Afternoon with Heather Williams Bloodworth!

second opportunity this week to participate in a Zwift meetup, this time
with a challenging workout included! Chris Townsley is leading the way, so

Friday 5/15 - Sunday 5/17: IRONMAN VR7 - IRONMAN Duathlon - Sprint
Distance (1.5k run/20k bike/5k run): Since our participation has been
strong in the IRONMAN virtual racing series, which includes a duathlon
format (run/bike/run) over 3 distances (Half IRONMAN, Olympic, and Sprint),
we are continuing to promote it. For more details about the IRONMAN

Saturday 5/16, 7:00am-7:00pm: Gator Done Virtual Cycling Relay... Looks
like we have enough participation for this event to be a go, so if you
