I was very impressed on the detail report done. It covered every aspect of this disaster , the owners,the ship and the crew and the CTSB recommendations.
I recently read a book "The Outlaw Sea by William Langewiesche".It is about the commercial shipping on the oceans from 1990 to the present. It discusses the shipowners, the vessel's and the crew members. How ships are renamed in short order as well as the registration countries. Some (many) every 3 months,. the countries that allow this. There is a chapter where the ships are broken up and the persons that do it. I read it in one day as I could not put it down. (223 pages) The title Outlaw is very appropriate, a world of freedoms,chaos, and crime. Leonard Stern, INDIFFERENCE
