Congratulations to City Attorney Kristin Bronson and her team on a great win in a case involving the constitutionality of Denver's regulations regarding protests at its airport. The lower court had enjoined enforcement of some of the regulations and the Tenth Circuit today reversed the lower court's grant of a preliminary injunction.
