What a Difference a Good Neighbor Makes
The balancing act of enhancing our own landscapes while upholding our community CC&R’s is a fine line, but here’s a perfect example of a real difference made by one of our neighbors on Evergreen Drive. Thanks for caring enough to trim an overgrown tree to enhance a neighbor’s view!
Prowler Alert!
On May 4th there was another car prowler caught on video entering parked cars in a driveway on Evergreen. The thief was traveling on foot with a grocery bag. He entered an unlocked car looking for easy-to-grab valuables. This incident has been reported to the Bellevue Police. Please be sure to LOCK the doors of all your vehicles parked outside and install hidden cameras wherever possible.
Vuecrest Fine & Enforcement Policy
Thank you to everyone who joined the special Vuecrest Fine & Enforcement Policy Remote Discussion on May 6th. We appreciate all the viewpoints expressed as the Policy is in development.
Do You Like to Party?
There is an opening for the Chair of the Social Committee. You can mastermind just one event or schedule events for the whole year! If you have any interest or just want some additional information, please send Chris Bodiford a quick email at president@vuecrest.net mailto:president@vuecrest.net. He’ll be happy to give you all the details.
