Blue Poppy Day is a collaboration with the City of Federal Way Arts Commission that celebrates artistic talent from Puget Sound, the connection between the complementary beauty of art and nature, and the blooming of two rare Himalayan Blue Poppy meadows at the Rhododendron Species Botanical Garden.
