Greetings all,
Jonah's Whale an endeavour 48 is currently enjoying a late season
cruise of the Chesapeake bay.
The boat has proven comfortable and warm despite the below freezing
conditions.
The open pilot house stays amazingly warm behind the glass canvas
trapping any hint of winter sun and she ambles confidently through the
2 to 3 foot chop.
There are a couple of images of the boat and a track of our route on
the travel section of my web site below.
Jonah.

Looks like you're enjoying the cruising life, Jonah. Pray tell, what
are your cruising plans over, say, the next 12 months?
It would be way cool to cross wakes.

Hi Georgs,
Thanks for adding the link.
The original plan was to head up into Canada, but there is a lot to
see here in the Chesapeake so we will probably spend the entire next
season cruising here and the Outer Banks of the Carolinas, then maybe
head south late in the season. Maybe we can cross wakes in Canada
the following year?

I'll be glad to rendezvous with you--or any other powercat on the
list--should you make it to Lake Ontario or the Trent-Severn Waterway.
Here, on Frenchman's Bay, it has been below freezing all week, so
we'll be pulling the TomCat out for the winter this afternoon.
