CONGRATULATIONS PLUS BEST WISHES FOR A SAFE AND SUCCESSFUL FINISH...

... to all Gators who recently completed an event or will be doing so over
the next week!

We do have a handful of athletes participating in virtual events over the
next week, but we'd first like to congratulate some recent accomplishments
of which you might not be aware as we're continuing to Gator Done
throughout the summer!

Congratulations on a successful event to...

• Ruth Subach for completing "The Great Race Across Tennessee", a 1,000 km
virtual event that started in May and ended on August 31!

• Sean Lodge and Shawn O'Malley for completing the 350 mi Steelman Racing
Virtual "Across the State of PA" Challenge which spanned June through
August!  Both Sean and Shawn logged close to 500 mi of combined cycling and
running during that timeframe!

• Shawn O'Malley and Kerri Brannen who were both podium finishers in the
virtual DelMo Sports' Atlantic City Triathlon!  Kerri took 3rd place in her
age group and Shawn was at the top of the podium in his age group!

• Club sponsor Don Morrison of Chester County Running Store on a first
OVERALL (race winner!) finish at the Motus Green River Duathlon
(Campbellsville, KY) on August 2!

• Sean Lodge for completing his longest swim ever in the 3 mi Steelman OWS
Race (Lake Nockamixon, PA) on August 9!

• Karen Dunn for a 5th place overall finish in the women's masters division
of the "Trials of Miles - Beat the Heat" four part series that ended on
August 16!

• Chris Acosta for a 1st place age group, 7th place male, and 14th place
overall finish in the six event French Creek Racing OWS Race series!

• Chris Townsley for a top 25% finish in the Rattling Mountain Bike
Marathon (25 km; Halifax, PA) on August 16!

• Jr. Gator Hailey Raab for being the first Gator to complete a live
triathlon during the pandemic era at the Scoogie Events Kid's Triathlon
Fest on August 29!  This was Hailey's 4th triathlon!

And best wishes to the following Gators with upcoming events...

• Late Night with Bear Creek Mountain Bike (Macungie, PA): Chris Townsley
is competing in this Cat 2 evening (10pm start!) mountain bike race!

• Tri the Wildwoods virtual triathlon (August 22-September 12): There are
four at least four Lady Gators planning to do this club sponsor DelMo
Sports event together this weekend including Karen Dieciedue, Beth Kramer,
Meg Huang, and Diane Lynch!

• Virtual Boston Marathon (September 5-14): Both Karen Dunn and Don Mack
will be completing the virtual version of this year's 26.2 mi race!

• Virtual Donut(less) Derby (Allentown, PA): Angela Epelbaum (and Gleb)
will be joining Gina Stango and Jeffrey Stango to ride this year's virtual
event on Sunday, September 6, which includes a 36 mile cycling course
starting and ending at the Trexlertown Velodrome... and we understand that
there will be post-ride donuts!

• Queen of Prussia Virtual 10K run: Maureen Hoffman will be completing this
event!

Go Gators! Have a great weekend!
