I have a
Efratom GPS Time Std Model 13716 Motorola Simulcast System
the date is not correct (03-01-06) and the time is 19 seconds fast.
The Rubidium syncs fine 10.000,000,00 mhz
The XO is also spot on.
I’m thinking it is the software version that is installed on the unit:
PMM Version = 001.01.07
PRS Version = 006.01.14
Anybody have any ideas - experience with this unit?
Here are links to photo’s of the unit:

Thanks

Hi
Best guess is that you are comparing UTC to GPS time. If it is putting
out GPS time, it should be 18 seconds fast. It’s not unusual to get
timestamp messages “confused” between the previous pps and the
next pps. If all is correct with the messages, you might be comparing
to TAI ( which is 19 seconds off).
