Eurasian Wigeon (Prescott and Russell): The bird found by Jon Ruddy at
Alfred Sewage Lagoons on May 25 continued to at least May 28.
Eurasian Collared-Dove (Essex): The bird found previously at Albuna
Townline outside of Leamington continued this week.
LIMPKIN (Simcoe): The bird found on McKinnon Road, north of Angus on May 20
by Rebecca, Emily, and Josh Mandell was reported May 26 by Brittany
Tartaglia.
BLACK-NECKED STILT (Middlesex): The pair continued this week at Strathroy
Sewage Lagoons.
Black-legged Kittiwake (Northumberland): The bird found by Susanne Williams
at Cobourg Harbour remained to at least May 26.
Laughing Gull (Norfolk): Dale Auchinleck reported one from the tip of Long
Point on June 1.
Franklin's Gull (Durham): Dave Worthington found a young bird at Whitby
Harbour on May 28 that remained to at least June 1.
Arctic Tern (Durham,Essex, Ottawa, THUNDER BAY): There were several reports
this week.
Pacific Loon (Norfolk): Stu Mackenzie reported one off Hastings Drive on
June 1.
Black Vulture (Essex): One bird was a the tip of Fish Point May 27 and 30.
Mississippi Kite (Essex): Anna and Kevin McCalla reported one over the
Point Pelee visitor centre on May 28.
Mississippi Kite (Norfolk): Stu Mackenzie reported one over Long Point PP
on May 29.
Western Kingbird (Rainy River): Bob Saunders reported two birds at Sable
Island on May 28.
SCISSOR-TAILED FLYCATCHER (Waterloo): Robert Linfield found one at the
Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory on May 28 that was seen by many people to
at least May 29.
EURASIAN TREE SPARROW (Essex): Cameron Chevalier photographed one at Point
Pelee on May 31.
EURASIAN TREE SPARROW (Prince Edward): Paul Jones found two together on
Long Point Road on May 30.
Lark Sparrow (Essex): Cathy Lapain found one at McAuliffe Woods in Tecumseh
on May 31 that remained to at least June 1.
Kentucky Warbler (Essex): One bird was reported at Point Pelee May 29 and
30.
Kirtland's Warbler (Bruce): Mike Burrell and Heather Broddy found one in a
small farm woodlot in southern Bruce County on May 29.
Summer Tanager (Essex): Birds were reported at Point Pelee this week at
least May 27 and 30.
Summer Tanager (Toronto): J. Hoffa photographed a young male in Wychwood
Park on May 26.
Blue Grosbeak (Essex): Debbie Wright reported one from Browns Road on Pelee
Island on May 29.
Blue Grosbeak (Prince Edward): Chris Davidson found a female at Prince
Edward Point that was seen and photographed by several on May 28.
Dickcissel (Essex): Michael McAllister reported one from Point Pelee on May
27.
