All, We bid out a purchase of a vehicle from Altec nearly 18 months ago. About 6 months ago, they sent us a letter saying that due to material costs, the price was going up 5%. Can vendors do this after there is already an agreement for a price in place, one that was bid out due to Oklahoma trust requirements? I'm looking at what action we can take.
