My Keithley 2002 went dead on me. Wont turn on. Anyone have a schematic for it?

Thanks - Jeff

Hrm. won't turn on? All of it? The VFD comes on but doesn't respond to
input? The VFD is dark but you can talk via GPIB or serial?

Check the power supplies. Look for dead caps and regulators. If it's
partially on, say vfd but doesn't respond, check the 5V rail. If no vfd,
but GPIB or serial, check the VFD supply.

Good luck!

Hi Jeff,

I just fixed mine which had a similar problem.  The manual does have a
description of the power supply but there are a few errors in the component
designators.  The schematic seems impossible to get through regular channels
but I managed to sketch out the majority of the AC input structure which
seems to be the most problematic.  If you wish to email me at
mitch@vincentelectronics.com  I will send you what I have and work with you
on this.

Regards,

mitch
