Hello,
You and your family, coworkers or friends are invited to join us on
Saturday, April 26th from 9am-noon for Parks Appreciation Day. We'll be
cleaning up and stewarding the Adriana Hess Wetland Park (address below) by
doing some invasive species removal and light litter pick up.
We're also celebrating the 229th birthday of John James Audubon with a
spring open house and tours of the Audubon Center and Donna Cooper Pepos
Native Plant Trail, and the small bookstore will be open, too. Join us!
Just about everything is in bloom now and it looks great!
Attention parents: we'll have a fun and super easy (non-native) maple
seedling pull contest at 11am, which is great for little ones!
This event is free. No RSVP required.
