Pretty much the entire NY Canal system is now closed for high water. The western Erie is still open, but the rest of the Erie, plus the Cayuga-Seneca, and Oswego ... all closed. If you are stuck on the northern Champlain Canal, you can still reach my dock above Lock C-7 ... all are welcome to come visit for the duration. We got home last nite, my boat is safe & sound.
