Fellas,
For those of you new to rugby, the club, or have a desire to hone your
skills on the pitch, the summer 7's practice is a great opportunity to do
so. There is focused attention on skill building (passing & offloading),
general defensive game-play, and position specific development. I encourage
you to attend and learn more about the game we all appreciate.
Tuesdays and Thursdays (6ish to 8:00)
If you cant make practice, get your ass to the gym.. having a foundation
for the fall is how we win games. There is a workout list going around and
your name should be on it!

Yes. Better yet, do both. Attaching some lifting and running routines. Even
including a just upper body workout for those of you with pulled groins,
twisted ankles and bum knees
