An early heads-up for the big Spring Sale of Central Puget Sound Chapter of Washington Native Plant Society Sat, May 3, 10am-4pm Mercerdale Park, 7701 SE 32nd, Mercer Island 98040 This is an annual sale of plants native to Washington, particularly the Puget Sound Basin. We're focusing this year on plants for rain gardens. Huge selection---everything from ferns to trees (many more natives than you'll find in most nurseries). There will be a children's area, booths with environmental displays and information, and lots of free parking. Please bring your own trays, boxes, or wagon/garden cart for easy shopping.
