It is a bit further, but Swarovski Optic's US facility is in Cranston, RI. You can bring anything they make there for service. Call first and set up appointment.
In 2014, they cleaned and fixed the scope I bought in the early 1990s, all free under warranty, I didn't even know!

Thanks!  I will contact Fat Robin to see if they still offer this service.  I called the Swarovski headquarters in RI and they told me they don't do this anymore (as of a few years ago).

Swarovski repairs, but I did buy the binos there.
