Hi All,
The RC boat seemed to be working perfectly last night.
For the record, it was extremely dark by the time the last boat
finished, which was about 8:30 PM. If someone had fallen overboard at that
hour, it might
have been somewhat difficult to spot them. My feeling is that if we are
going to run races in Sept,
sailors finishing in the dark (everyone last night)
should have a PFD being worn and have a light on the PFD.
It was so dark that we had trouble finding the pin after we pulled up
the anchor.
Of course we were two old guys with poor vision.
I feel it is an accident waiting to happen.
