David,

The Mechanicville wall also has a free pumpout on the north end, though
nobody ever uses it.

Fort Edward has free electric & water.

Whitehall has power posts which are permanently disconnected.

Ralph
We are right behind you at Mechanicville, on the free wall.
We plan to buy a mooring pass and stay at lock walls most nights. Also plan
to go to docks in downtown Montreal for a few nights. There are also
several marinas listed in Skipper Bob and Waterway Guide.

PS For those interested, the wall does have free elec and water.
