JW Yachts: Health Forces Sales

Most yacht are for sale for happy reasons: owners moving up, owners with
different cruising goals, etc. However, yacht sale ads too often read "Health
Forces Sale." This is the toughest of yacht sales and puts the most pressure
on us brokers to provide the relief from the responsibility of boat ownership
and maintenance at a difficult time for the owner.

I offer this introduction as sad reality. I have several trawlers for sale
whose owners really need to sell their boats. None of these owners have
regrets and all are grateful for their time aboard, but "Health" really is
forcing sale.

If you have interest in any of the vessels below, give me a call to discuss
details. Selling these 3 trawlers is an immediate priority:

(1) 2004 Yachtsmiths Int. 55: Canadian built with single Lugger with 3800 hrs.
New paint, fully provisioned with spare parts and ready to go. Proven
passagemaker. Reduced to $499,000. Owner must sell immediately.

(2) 1988 deAlms 65: A luxury Dutch motoryacht/trawler that has cruised from
Alaska to the Bahamas and completed the Great Loop. Continual maintenance and
upgrades including new paint. Asking $595,000.

(3) 2010 Diesel Duck 44. This DD 41 Plus is almost brand new. Bargain priced
at $350,000 but owners want a sale.

Please check the websites below or call for more details.
