Last summer as we returned from Canada, we checked into US Customs at the top of Lake Champlain. Docked at the Customs dock were two large inflatable boats belonging to the Potty Police. There were two guys sitting on the boats but they didn't leave the dock while we were there and we never saw them out on patrol.
