Dear all, Just about a month until racing starts. You will need a valid PHRF certificate to be scored Wednesday nights. This year I am considering adopting a zero-tolerance policy for non-compliance. If you don't have your certificate you will not be scored and there will be no retro-scoring. Please get your PHRF certificate sorted out. It is a pretty simple process and costs no more than a few beers.
