Tacoma Poet Laureate Celebration and Reading Please join the Tacoma Arts Commission and current Tacoma Poet Laureate, Tammy Robacker, for a poetry reading event in conjunction with National Poetry Month. The event will include readings by a selection of local poets and spoken word artists, and the winner of this year's Poet Laureate competition, Josie Emmons Turner, will officially be awarded the position.
