Good morning: On a recent call there was some discussion as to whether a grantee can accept the terms of a grant, including new conditions, but then later challenge those conditions as unlawful. A member is wondering if anyone has done further research and analysis on this and if you have any insight into the ability to do this. If you have looked into this, please let me know and I can put you in touch with the member. Because I anticipate this is a question where we'll have a lot of "me too" requests, we can also plan to discuss this on our next funding call.
