Seahorse Marine in China builds Buehler's Diesel Ducks for very affordable rates. On www.yachtworld.com they list the 46+2 for $360,000. You still need to add some systems, but that's a great value. I suspect there are ways to reduce this price by having a more industrial interior. It's a very capable boat. Scott B.
