Boats looked like they survived, except for damage caused by the structure
failure.

It has been a busy week since the tornado hit our marina, Island Cove north of Chattanooga.
For 48 hours we did not know for sure if our Nordic Tug 32, The Home Office had survived. We could tell that all the other boats on the north side of the dock had not as you could seem some of them up side down or with remnants of the covered dock holding them underwater.
Over 20 boats at the marina were sunk and as of Friday 4 were still missing.
But for us the good news is She did make it with some cosmetic damage.

Island Cove suffered somewhere between 3& 5 million of damage. We have enjoyed our home there for almost 5 years and wish them a quick rebuild!
