Newf Friends,

There was one sighting tonight somewhere along Lexington in the area
that is marked on the map.
http://goo.gl/maps/WTkZb

What we are in need of is flyers, bodies, and a live trap. I'm not sure
a kennel would help because it would need to trigger securely on its own
and remain closed. She was seen being chased and bitten by coyotes in
the area yesterday so is in need of medical care.

I'm planning to be in the area at 9 AM on Saturday. There are already
volunteers posting flyers in the area but more will be needed. If you
would like to help tomorrow, please contact me directly and I will give
you more details and another contact. If you want to help Saturday, be
sure and let us know so we can keep you informed. If you know anybody
with a Newf sized live trap, please please let us know ASAP.

Munchie has been posted on Lost Dogs - MN facebook page and we've gotten
great response. You can go there for updates as well.

Thanks for your help,
Janey

Hello,

I can help Saturday, but not until late AM or noon.  Let me know what I can do.

I could probably get over there today too, 4:00 or 5:00 for an hour or two.  Let me know if that is helpful and if there is any new info on sightings.

A trap is worth a try, but it may catch more coyotes than newfs.
