Public Right-of-Way Project Completion

We're pleased to share that our 2012 capital project to improve the East
Vineyard-Hilltop public Right-of-Way is complete.  This third public
right-of-way project completes the trail system providing internal
connections in our community.  The multi-year effort to redevelop the public
Rights-of-Way is done with this year's project!  We are grateful for your
support towards this resource in our community.

Tree Pruning and Thanks

We would like to express sincere appreciation for neighbors who have
recently removed view-blocking trees, opening up beautiful vistas for fellow
Vuecrest homeowners.  It's good will and support like this that help keep
Vuecrest a great place to live.  A reminder that our covenants require that
no tree can block a protected view.  If you have any questions, please
contact the Directors.

Summer Street Activity and Safety

With the (slightly!) warmer weather and longer days, our streets are
bustling with walkers, runners, skateboarders, dog walkers, bicyclists and
all kinds of people-powered activity, at all hours of our long days.
Pedestrians, please be aware of your situation and step clear of danger.
Drivers, please be alert and drive slowly and cautiously.
