wine processing pommace and stems

Stina's Cellars in Lakewood is looking for interested persons to take the pommace (grape skins) and stems left over from their wine processing. These materials can be used for composting. Below is the information from Perry Preston and his contact info:

"I don't have much lead time for the stems but can usually schedule the pressing with at least a few days notice.
Time varies each year but usually reds are in October. About 25% of the tonnage I process is left. I won't know until later this year how many tons I will be getting. Last fall it was about 7 ton. Hope to do at least that much again this year."
