Looking at CollectionSpace data from Nuxeo's perspective

This thread from yesterday prompted me to ask another question...

AFAIK:

  • Authority records and the authority term/item record they contain are both standard kinds of Nuxeo records (probably inheriting from its Document record type?).

  • Their container/items relationship is maintained solely in CSpace code.

When referring to authorities serving as containers or buckets for items, I likely was thinking of that latter sense.

Is there a way to look at the CSpace data from Nuxeo's perspective?  On the Import Services page under the "How to determine the correct values..." section (https://wiki.collectionspace.org/display/collectionspace/Imports+Service+Home#ImportsServiceHome-Howtodeterminethecorrectvaluestoputintoan"/imports/import/schema"element:) there is reference to logging into Nuxeo's workbench -- but only for versions of CSpace earlier than 2.0.  Is there anything equivalent in the CSpace 4.x line?  Do most people just look at the raw SQL tables?
