Gator Fitness Challenge Tracking Sheet

Attached is the current version of our fall GFC tracking sheet through week
5 of 13.  If you have been participating, check it out and let me know if
any of your completed challenges have not been logged.  And if you have
not yet participated, but would like to join, just post a comment and we'll
add you to the roster... The GFC motto is "It's never too late to start!"

We do need to turn the trend!  In week 1 we achieved our first ever GFC 100
completed challenge week, which was a great start.  Results remain strong
through all 5 weeks, but each week has seen a drop from the previous week...

• Week 1: 100 challenges completed

• Week 2: 93

• Week 3: 80

• Week 4: 78

• Week 5 (ended last Sunday 11/8): 66

So let's all Gator Done 100% this week to help us work back to 100!

Some other fantastic stats...

• Total challenges completed to date: 417 (average of 83+/week)!

• For the first time we have our youth members participating!  Total
challenges completed to date: 80!

• Total number of athletes that have completed at least one challenge: 59
(includes 46 adults and 13 Jr. Gators / Gator Tots)

Just a reminder that for this iteration of the challenge, GFC XIII, there
are two weekly challenges including a modified SBR challenge due to limited
swim options...

• SBR Challenge: To complete this challenge you must complete at least 30
minutes EACH of swimming, biking/spinning, and running over the course of
each week.  The modified rule that we are observing is that you can replace
the 30 minutes of swimming with an extra 30 minutes of biking/spinning
and/or running.

• SFC Challenge: To complete this challenge you must complete a grand total
of 30 minutes of strength training and/or flexibility/yoga work and/or core
exercise over the course of each week.
