Our next gathering will be April 2nd at the Parkway Tavern, 313 N I St. (http://www.myspace.com/parkwaytavern) We kick-off at 5:30 pm and run 'til about 8:00 pm. Our sponsor will be the Sound Policy Institute at the University of Puget Sound. Here's some info on this group and their website.
"The Mission of the Sound Policy Institute is to foster collaborative and innovative solutions to the environmental challenges of our region by connecting diverse stakeholders to each other and providing links to the academic resources and educational opportunities of the university. The Institute aims to build the capacity of individuals and groups, both on our campus and in our regional community, to actively and effectively engage in the environmental decision-making process.

We had over thirty people again at March's event including many enthusiastic students in the UW-T's Environmental Sciences program. Jim, I hope you all will continue to join us. The conversations and connections that germinate are wonderful to see! Good to see the regulars too, of course. And keep those friends and family coming! See you soon.
LOOK FOR AN EXCITING NEW CHALLENGE COMING SOON! MAYBE ON APRIL 2ND! ;-)
GREEN DRINKS NEED: WE COULD USE SOME OF THOSE PLASTIC BADGE HOLDERS SO WE CAN HAVE REUSEABLE NAMETAGS. WE THOUGHT WE HAD SOME BUT CAN'T FIND THEM YET! THANKS.

I have a big bag of pin-on plastic name card holders, collected over decades
of conferences/meetings, etc.
Come by and pick them up!
