Hi All, I have quite a stash of quilters cotton. I was able to make masks for immediate neighbors and family, but don’t have the capacity to offer completed masks to everyone. If you have a straight stitch sewing machine and want to try it on your own, I would be glad to share enough cotton to include a rectangle and 2 ties for a each mask. They can be constructed by a beginner, but take a 20-30 minutes each depending on use of a filter pocket or not. I believe that all of the elastic in the US went to hide with the hand sanitizer and is no longer available for purchase. Cut up old t-shirts can be substituted for the elastic in the ties in pinch.
