There are a few news items from the third Ontario Breeding Bird Atlas (Atlas-3) which is now into year two of five: ***Year-2 Kick-off event April 23/24 (this weekend!)*** We are excited to invite you to the Ontario Breeding Bird Atlas year-2 kick-off event, which will take place Saturday, April 23rd and Sunday, April 24th! In the afternoon of Saturday, April 23, there will be a series of webinars on Atlas protocols (more info on these can be found at the link below). On Sunday morning, April 24, some Regional Coordinators are organizing local events across the province. These will give you a chance to meet your fellow atlassers, get some first-hand training on various aspects of atlassing and help with your planning for the season ahead.
