The official word:

UPDATE: LOCK CLOSURE CHAMPLAIN CANAL LOCKS C1 TO C7 Mariners are advised
that the Champlain Canal between Lock C-1 in Waterford and Lock C-7 in Ft.
Edward is scheduled to re-open to navigation at 8 AM on Tuesday, June 18,
2013.

The eastern Erie Canal remains closed.
