All, The Exec wanted to let you know that Pete Borlase has chosen to leave the Quins and take a Head Coach position with the Barbarians. When we discussed his reasons for leaving he cited a few individual personality differences and was looking for a higher level of commitment but ultimately, the opportunity to coach at the PRP level was the deciding factor for his switch. As it was a difficult decision for him, Pete wishes us all the best and we will keep an open dialogue with him going forward.  At this point, Mark Price and I are working on a Scottish head coach as a potential replacement. We will keep you apprised of any developments going forward, but be sure that we will have a Head Coach by the start of the Spring season and will continue to have the best coaching staff outside of Glendale.  Moving forward, we need to look to each other and band together. The players on the field this Fall won tough, important games that have placed us squarely in the playoff picture in both D2 and D3. We had more competition and dedication this Fall from the club as a whole than I have seen in a while.
