Gators: This Week's Remaining Workouts

Hello Gators,Following is a brief summary of this week's remaining club workouts, which is typical of recent weeks...Tuesday, 7/7 (TODAY):6:15pm-8:00pm: Bike ride / brick run on the SRT.  Meet at the Reynolds Dog Park off of Longford Rd. in Oaks for a prompt 6:15pm departure.  Ride will include about an hour's worth of "at your own pace" medium to high intensity repeats between Pawlings Rd. and Valley Forge Park (approx. 2 mile stretch) followed by an "at your own pace" out and back run from the dog park.  Don M will be filling in as the workout lead for Michelle.8:30pm-9:30pm: Yoga at the Y (upstairs room in the middle of the track) led by MaribethWednesday, 7/8: 10:00am-11:00am: Tri Swim class (led by Don S)8:30pm-9:30pm: Tri Swim class (led by Maribeth)Thursday, 7/9, 6:15pm start: Bike ride led by Byron; duration approximately 1:30-2 hrs.  Watch for a Facebook post and/or e-mail coming from Byron with details.Saturday, 7/11, 6:00am start: Bike ride/ brick run starting promptly at 6am from the Reynolds Dog Park in Oaks.  It will include the same 41-44 mile loop that we've done the past three Saturdays.  This loop will be followed by a TBD loop of approximately 1:30-1:45.  Total ride duration will be approximately 4 hrs.  This will be followed by an "at your own pace" 30-60 minute SRT run.  If you'd like to join for the second loop only, we will be making a brief stop at the dog park around 8:15am-8:45am and you can join us then; if you plan to do this, please reply back so that we know to look for you.
