Fellow Municipal Practitioners: I wanted to touch base regarding the upcoming Spring Conference. As you know, Thursday afternoon will consist of two tracts, one for new municipal attorneys and the other for more experienced municipal attorneys in a roundtable format. As the Board and OML representatives move through the planning process, I wanted to gauge the interest of this format. If you or one of your attorneys are interested in the new attorney program, could you please let me know? I just want to make sure that we have sufficient interest to justify setting up the speakers. If you would please e-mail me separately, that would be great. Also, we are working on the programming for the roundtables. If you have any topics that you would like to see, please send me a separate e-mail. Finally, I wanted to see if anyone had interest in setting up a separate listserv for municipal prosecutors.
