I'm moving to New York this weekend, so will sadly be leaving the
Harlequins after one short, but fun, season with you guys.
I'm having leaving drinks tomorrow, Friday, at the Rover from about 5pm
onwards. So, if you've been missing the Rover or want to send me off, come
on by for some drinks!

Be sure to lock out your legs and only lift with your back. Also, try to
rest as much weight as possible in your neck, pretty sure that's proper
squat form.
