All,
It appears my municipality will soon initiate one (possibly two) annexation project(s)--both adjacent to the current city limits. The landowners involved in the first project have signaled they consent to the annexation. I've read the relevant statutes, OML's guidance, and poked around on a few other municipality's websites, but hoped to benefit from your shared experiences with annexation--tips, tricks, pitfalls, forms, etc.
This will be my first annexation project and I welcome any input, advice, documents, and guidance you have. Thanks!

Kim Payne and Tammy Ewing get all of the credit for the attached! Here is a checklist/process and a Notice that I used for Bristow recently. I think that Kim and Tammy have word versions of the ordinance.

Kim gets all the credit for the 2022 document. I'm attaching a couple of much older documents which may or may not be helpful.
