Charles, I don’t think there is any difference between thermocouples. At our restaurant we used any thermocouple that was long enough to reach from the gas valve to the burner. So I would take it out of the stove and try one of similar length. Cheap solution. Gas appliances are pretty straight forward. Thermocouple, gas valve, burner. Good luck.
