Are any of your cities' public trusts (or similar entity) doing any kind of emergency grants or loans for COVID-affected businesses (like restaurants and bars)? Or does anyone have an existing loan or grant program for economic development-type purposes that might be adaptable and would be willing to share your documents and policies?

As I understand it, the first bill for emergency loans did not include governments. However, public trusts are not governments, they are generally utility businesses and may qualify.

However, I understood that the money was now exhausted. Did anyone get an application in timely to get such a loan/grant?
