There were originally two builders in the neighborhood, Coventry and Perry. Perry eventually finished their lots, and Coventry finished about the last dozen lots under the Plantation label. I believe 2 lots were purchased and finished at a later date. If your address number plate on your home has a white background, it’s a Coventry/Plantation Home. If the background on the plate is black, it’s a Perry Home. Fun facts for Tuesday!
