MEETING FOR NBC CRUISING FLEET RACERS WEDNESDAY, APRIL 15TH , 8 PM With your taxes done, and our bottoms getting painted, now is the time to get together and discuss changes to 2015 racing including Notice of Race, Sailing Instructions, Racing Divisions, Race Courses, streamers, PHRFs and scoring protocol. New this year - all those racing will be required to sign a Race Committee liability waiver form. Between now and the meeting, please 1) join HRYRA and renew your PHRF certificate (www.hryra.org) for 2015 2) renew your Cruising Fleet membership by filling out the attached form and sending it to our Fleet Treasurer, Karen Horton.
