Our 3rd Third Thursday event at the Merlino Art Center is less than a week away! Acrylic artist, Alex Lee, will have her studio open to the public on September 20th for Tacoma's Third Thursday Art Walk. Painter, Audrey Tulimiero Welch will also have her studio open to the public, located in the Merlino Art Center in Studio #4. A group show will be opening upstairs in Studio #5 featuring work by Tacoma based painters Alex Lee and Alan Rushing, as well as ceramic work by Abigail Flynt, and experimental process-based photography by Shannon Strauss. We invite everyone to come out and meet the artists, learn about their processes, enjoy some art and light refreshments. Work will be available for purchase in the artist's studio, major credit cards and cash accepted. *WHEN* September 20th, 2018 5 pm to 9pm *WHERE* Merlino Art Center 508 6th Ave, Tacoma, WA Corner of 6th and Fawcett above the Corina Bakery. *HOW DO I GET THERE* Start at the Corina bakery on 6th and Fawcett. Walk up the hill on 6th Ave and enter the building through the glass double doors. There will be someone at the front letting people in the building.
