Good afternoon Amanda,
I have two inquiries that I wanted to know if any IMLA member may have some insight. I am interested in whether there are any members in Maryland who would be willing to share a condemnation complaint. Secondly, I would like to know if any members have filed a complaint against a surety for defaulting on the terms and conditions of a bond agreement.
Thank you,
Terrah
