having bought and sold too many boats (yes, it can be done), i have found that having the boat at the brokers marina in plain sight is important. also, stripping the boat of every personal effect and unnecessary gizmos and rugs and stuff . you want to make it look like a new boat and paying to have the boat cleaned and washed weekly or biweekly depending on the environment is also money well spent. remember you are selling a dream to most people. -- bruce adornato sausalito CA
